Ear Candling(Ear Coning)
Also called Ear Coning is an ancient technique that can alleviate allergies sinus conditions, hearing loss, earaches, tinnitus, and balance problems.

In ancient times ear coning was used in Egypt, China, India,
Atlantes, Lemuria, Tibet, as well as, the Aztec and Mayan cultures and the American Indians. Glazed Clay or stone pottery cones were used with a double helix carved inside to create spiral energy flow carrying herbs and smoke into the ear canal (the ear canal itself is a spiral). This then creates a counter clockwise spiral energy, by which the vacuum action of the candle is created and draws the excess earwax, fungus, Candida, and bacteria up from the ear canal and sinuses, leaving one feeling relaxed, clear, and with a remarkable sense of well being. One of the conditions that make for mold allergy is Candida. It causes itching inside the ear as well as arthritis in the neck, shoulders, elbows, and hands, and a feeling of numbness in these areas.

In modern time, cultures from around the world still use ear candling as a healing modality. German medical students are taught candling as a remedy. Material variations are still very present today. A rolled-up newspaper is used in South America, while a waxed rolled-up newspaper, with a plug of incense two thirds of the way down is used by Mexican Indians. The Amish utilizes the Cherokee style, as we do. Pencil thin cloth and wax cones are still used in Europe and Canada. Many people still blow smoke in the ear canal for swimmers ear.
